The UL70 is a safe, durable and efficient underground LHD (Load-Haul-Dump) unit. It is suitable for mining operations in underground roadways and engineering tunnels with a working section larger than 3.5 m × 3.5 m. It has a standard bucket capacity of 3.0 m³ and a maximum breakout force of 115 kN.
Powered by a robust Cummins B6.7 engine with turbocharging and electronic high-pressure common rail fuel system, it delivers a peak torque of 1000 N·m. Its transmission system adopts a Linggong torque converter and Dana transmission, deeply calibrated by Sandvik, featuring excellent system stability and higher working efficiency.
The machine is equipped with a rear-mounted semi-enclosed cab with superior shock resistance and comfort, offering an expanded field of view. The cab comes standard with control levers. Both the accelerator pedal and seat are ergonomically designed. The comfortable seating position and flexible controls effectively reduce operator fatigue.
Fitted with a wet-type closed drive axle and limited-slip reducer, the unit provides reliable braking and anti-slip performance. It is equipped with a boom safety lock and four brake safety valves, helping operators and maintenance personnel respond to emergencies and ensuring safer operation.
Standard configurations include exhaust gas purification system. The bucket cutting edge is made of wear-resistant Hardox 500 steel plate. It adopts Eaton hydraulic hoses, German-standard FLRY-B wires and IP67 waterproof and dustproof connectors. The hydraulic oil undergoes two rounds of 10-micron filtration before factory delivery. Centralized lubrication is available, and up to 80% of routine maintenance can be performed at ground level. We serve customers with professional technologies.
Upholding the philosophy of safety, reliability and high efficiency, the UL70 provides optimal solutions for customers.
